Prescription Pick-up

DGMC Main Pharmacy is still closed.

All prescription pick-up will be at BX Pharmacy (activate new/renewed RXs in advance)!

  1. Check in at kiosk located at BX Pharmacy
    • Places member into queue for prescription pick-up
  2. You can use ScriptCenter for refill pick-up
    • Call 707-423-7600, Option #2
    • Create username and password or pick-up using prescription number
    • No controlled or refrigerated medications in ScriptCenter
    • Current wait times for pick-up may vary

  • BX Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Refer to BX MiniMall hours for hours of operation

Tips and Tricks

  • Activate your prescriptions!
    • Text "Get in Line" to 855-803-4450 and follow prompts to activate, or
    • Use the MHS GENESIS Portal to activate, or
    • Qflow Kiosks located outside the Warrior Medicine Clinic (WMC) and the Family Medicine Residency Clinic (FMRC), or
    • Call 707-423-7657
  • Non-controlled prescriptions can be refilled after 75% is used
    • Refill early! Remember, it can take up to 3 business days to process refills
  • Use the automated systems
    • Utilize ScriptCenter for refill pick-up

New and Refill Prescriptions

  • All new prescriptions from off-base providers, virtual or tele-medicine prescriptions from your DGMC provider, and all refills will be processed and filled at the BX (Satellite) Pharmacy.
  • All new prescriptions from off-base providers must be sent electronically with the exception of controlled substances.
  • Please activate your prescription for processing at the BX pharmacy by calling the Activation Hotline at: 707-423-7657. Please allow 72 hours to process refills.
TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:

  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
