Where can I get tested for COVID?

Patients can get tested at the COVID clinic located in 3E inside David Grant USAF Medical Center (DGMC). Testing is by appointment only. To schedule, visit app.waitwhile.com/book/davidgrantmedicalcen/calendar.

Testing is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and closed weekends, holidays, AMC family days and training days.

For testing for scheduled surgeries, please report to the Surgery Center on the 3rd floor across from the ICU entrance, RM 3B313 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Where can I get my COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot?

COVID-19 vaccines and boosters will now be provided in the Immunizations Clinic located on the 2nd floor, next to the Family Health clinic.

Where can I obtain my COVID test results?

Test results can be found on the GENESIS Patient Portal at: https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/.

If you are not able to access the MHSG Portal for some reason please call the appointment line and place a telephone consult to your PCM/team.

Where can I get documentation of my COVID results?

Documentation of test results can be found on the GENESIS Patient Portal at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/.

Documentation of test results can also be requested through Medical Records by calling 707-423-5353 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and they will assist you.
