DGMC Information Desks
Can't find the answer you're looking for here? Contact the DGMC information desks, located in the north and southside entrances, for help with general questions regarding our Military Treatment Facilities. Please note that our information desk volunteers do not have access to your patient records and cannot assist with specific questions regarding your healthcare. Call (707) 423-7300 or (707) 423-3687.
Patient Advocates
Patient Advocates can assist with patient safety or Quality of Care concerns. The Patient Concern/Complaint Resolution process is:
1st Level: Clinic or Section Patient Advocate
2nd Level: Flight or Squadron Leadership
3rd Level: Group Patient Advocate
Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)
BCACs are your beneficiary advocates and advisors for TRICARE benefits and services. We will verify your eligibility for TRICARE programs and educate you on how to access and navigate military and private sector healthcare.
Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)
DCAOs help to resolve debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims by serving as a liaison between you, the beneficiary, and the providers/collection agencies.
Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
ICE is a
web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility.
