Carb Control Class

Body Composition Assessment (BOD POD)
The BOD POD is a device that measures body composition, particularly body fat percentage and fat-free mass. It is a quick, safe and noninvasive method using air displacement plethysmography. Results offer valuable insight into body composition and can help guide nutrition and exercise planning.
Appointments are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30, 8:50, 9:10 and 9:30 a.m., except on holidays.
BOD POD appointments are not scheduled through RMC.
