To make an appointment for primary care or immunizations, please log on to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (MHSGPP) or call the Central Appointment Desk at 707-423-3000, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 

How to Book an Appointment Through MHSGPP:

DGMC Referral Processes:

Step 1 - Referral received from Primary Care Manager
Step 2 - Visit Referral Management at the Patient Service Center (PSC) the same day you receive your referral
Step 3 - The PSC will activate your referral or book your specialty appointment if applicable and update your contact info

IMPORTANT UPDATE: TriWest Referral Waiver Ended

The temporary waiver ended June 30, 2025. As of July 1, all new civilian referrals require TriWest approval.

What’s Changing:

  • Referrals now require TriWest review and authorization
  • Referral letters are no longer mailed—access them via the TriWest Patient Portal
  • Waived referrals from Jan 1–Jun 30 remain valid for care through Sept 30, 2025
