Local Clinic Information

As of July 17, 2020, no emergency room services available, and until further notice. For Urgent Care Center, daytime operations only, Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ambulance services 24/7.

Urgent care is a non-emergent illness or injury that needs attention within 24 hours. Additionally, it does not threaten life, limb or eyesight.

For after hours care, please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE. For TRICARE Prime active duty, active duty family members and transitional survivors, there is no cost for urgent care. For TRICARE Prime retirees, their family members and all other individuals, the out of pocket cost is $30 for urgent care. As of Jan.1, 2018, TRICARE Prime patients have unlimited urgent care visits.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Some military treatment facility locations offer emergency room services and others do not, so be sure to be familiar with the clinics and services offered at your location.

Medical emergencies are the sudden and unexpected onset of a medical condition that:

  • Is threatening to life, limb, or eyesight;
  • Requires immediate medical treatment; or
  • Manifests painful symptoms that requires immediate response to alleviate suffering.

Call your primary care manager within 24 hours or the next business day after getting emergency care to get authorization and coordinate ongoing care.
