At the 60th Medical Group BX Pharmacy, we honor formulary prescriptions for eligible TRICARE beneficiaries received electronically from 60th MDG and off-base providers. Off-base providers may send prescriptions to our electronic site: DOD TRAVIS PHARMACY.   

Activate a Prescription (One duty day turnaround; 3 hours for antibiotics, pain medications, etc.) 

  • Electronic prescriptions are not automatically filled; they must be activated by the individual first, using the following methods featured in the graphic below. 

Refill a Prescription (three duty day turnaround) 

Active refills must be requested via the automated refill line at 707-943-8565 and entering the prescription number found on the medication vial. Please allow three duty days to complete the refill completion.  

You can also use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request refills for most prescriptions from your military pharmacy. This new feature applies to your existing medications that have remaining refills. With MHS GENESIS you can complete the following by clicking the “Rx Refills” tab at the top of the page once you’ve signed into the portal:   

  • See all prescriptions you can refill
  • Select the prescription you want to refill
  • Select where you want to pick up your refill
  • ​See when your prescriptions are ready for pickup  

IMPORTANT: Once you’ve selected the prescription(s) you want to refill, ensure you pick Travis AFB to have it sent to the BX Pharmacy. Pay careful attention to this!

NOTE: When signing up for a DS Logon account, you may be asked for personal and financial information to verify your identify as an added security measure to protect you and your health information. TRICARE secure online patient services, including the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, require a DS logon account through the Defense Manpower Data Center. The DS Logon user ID and password ensures your personal and health information is secure while allowing you the convenience of online access to your health information and self-service tools.  

NOTE: We HIGHLY encourage patients to utilize the ScriptCenter kiosks for prescription pickup. This allows them to avoid waiting in any lines. No controlled or refrigerated medications can be put in the ScriptCenter. 

  1. Call 707-943-8565 and request ScriptCenter as your destination 


    2. Create username and password, or pick up using prescription number.

Patients with prescriptions ready for pick-up can wait in line or can take a ticket from the lobby kiosk and wait to be called up.
