The Primary Care Clinic at David Grant Medical Center is the largest clinic in the hospital, with over 13,000 empaneled adult beneficiaries. The Primary Care Clinic follows the Patient Centered Medical Home guidelines and structure. The clinic’s skilled team of providers, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff are trained and equipped to help you with your primary care needs. Their core focus is maintaining the readiness status of our active duty service members and their dependents.
