Primary Care Clinic

The Primary Care Clinic (PCC) provides a wide range of routine, preventive, and acute outpatient care for enrolled DoD beneficiaries.  We aim to improve the health of our beneficiary population by providing safe, quality, evidence-based healthcare.
We manage many chronic conditions. If any condition is beyond the scope of practice of clinicians in our clinic, patients will be referred to a specialist within DGMC or to TRICARE network.

Acute Appointments:
Acute appointments are for non-life-threatening illnesses that require patients to be seen by a clinician within 24 hours. Please call 707-423-3000 to request a same-day appointment, if available. Beneficiaries, dependents/retirees may utilize TRICARE network urgent care centers if acute appointments are unavailable.

For severe conditions, threatening loss of life, limb or eyesight, go to the nearest ER.
