Clinics Continuous Medical Readiness (CMR)

The Continuous Medical Readiness (CMR) Cell at David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) supports the 60th Air Mobility Wing (AMW) by ensuring every Airman meets Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) requirements. This coordinated effort helps sustain a mission-ready force through proactive medical tracking, education, and care delivery.

Mission

To sustain continuous medical readiness across the 60 AMW through proactive, centralized, and coordinated delivery of:
  • Individual Medical Readiness (IMR)
  • Preventive Health Assessments (PHA)
  • Mental Health Assessments (MHA)
  • Occupational Health Exams (OHE)
The CMR Cell ensures that all service members meet Aeromedical Services Management System (ASIMS) currency requirements to maintain overall force health protection and readiness.

Who We Support

The CMR Cell partners with:
  • Squadron Commanders
  • Unit Health Monitors (UHMs)
  • Unit Deployment Monitors (UDMs)
  • Active Duty 60 AMW Airmen
These partners help identify, educate, and coordinate readiness requirements within each unit.

CMR Day Overview

“CMR Day” is DGMC’s dedicated initiative to help Airmen complete expiring IMR requirements in a single day. Eligible members can book a CMR Day appointment through the Outpatient App or QR code provided by their UHM/UDM.
Key Details:
  • Appointment hours: 0730–1630
  • Uniform: Physical Training (PT) gear
  • Location: CMR Cell, 1st Floor DGMC (South of Golden Bear Café, across from flags)
  • Members must bring glasses (if applicable)

Service members become eligible for a CMR Day when they are within 30–60 days of an expiring IMR requirement.

  • Flyers (DD 2992 holders): the first expiring PHA or dental exam date
UHMs/UDMs will:
  • Monitor unit IMR due dates through ASIMS
  • Notify members when they are due
  • Ensure the PHA Questionnaire (PHAQ) is completed within 30 days and no later than five duty days before CMR Day
Members can check their own IMR status by visiting: https://imr.afms.mil/imr/LoginUnit.aspx

  • Validate rosters and ensure members are educated on the CMR process
