Patient care is our number one priority at the 60th Medical Group (MDG) David Grant Medical Center (DGMC). We are committed to providing all our patients the highest quality of service available anywhere. We have many programs designed to enhance satisfaction with the care and service we provide and a variety of mechanisms in which our patients can provide us with feedback. 

Patient and Family Partnership Council

The 60th MDG Patient and Family Partnership Council (PFPC) is seeking motivated patients and family members to serve on our team. Patient Advocate Program

The Patient Advocate is here to help resolve your patient care concerns. If during your visit to any clinic, we have not succeeded in meeting your expectations, we will work to address the issue immediately. We strive for excellence in patient care. We value our patients' feedback, as it helps us to identify and implement improvements. 

Resolve a Concern

If you would like to provide feedback, you can email us here and we will coordinate with the appropriate clinic to link you with a Patient Advocate. Patients can also provide us with feedback by going on our Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)

  • Give you a pen and paper if you need to write something down
We ask that you . . .
  • Always let our staff know if you are a hearing-impaired patient, especially before any surgical procedures
  • Let us know if you need an interpreter for a future visit
  • Please let us know if you don't hear or understand what we are saying
  • Discuss your preferred means of communication
  • Let us know that you may not hear if your name is called and to please repeat if you do not answer
